Step 1: Populate the name of the payor you are analyzing where it says "insert payor name"
Step 2: Enter your practice's top 20 CPT/HCPCS codes in the 1st column
Step 3: Enter the current reimbursement rates in the 2nd column and the proposed rates in the 3rd column
Step 4: Identify the number of times per year you billed the payor for that CPT/HCPCS code and enter the data in the 5th column
Step 5: The variance between the current and prorposed rates will automatically calculate (column 4) as will the total financial impact to your practice (column 6)
